【摘要】目的 研究乳腺癌組織中P-gp、nm23和p53的變化規(guī)律及與乳腺癌復(fù)發(fā)的關(guān)系。
方法應(yīng)用免疫組化方法檢測10例乳腺纖維腺瘤(纖維腺瘤組)和47例乳腺癌病變組織中P-gp、nm23和p53 的表達(dá),47例乳腺癌中18例隨訪3~5年無復(fù)發(fā)(無復(fù)發(fā)組),29例3年內(nèi)復(fù)發(fā)(復(fù)發(fā)組),并比較其表達(dá)陽性率和表達(dá)強(qiáng)度的差異。
結(jié)果乳腺癌復(fù)發(fā)組nm23表達(dá)陽性率較纖維腺瘤組低(P<0.05),其陽性表達(dá)強(qiáng)度較無復(fù)發(fā)組低。復(fù)發(fā)組和無復(fù)發(fā)組p53表達(dá)陽性率均較纖維腺瘤組高(P<0.05),復(fù)發(fā)組p53陽性表達(dá)強(qiáng)度高于無復(fù)發(fā)組(P<0.05)。復(fù)發(fā)組和無復(fù)發(fā)組Pgp表達(dá)陽性率與纖維腺瘤組比較差異無顯著性意義,但其陽性表達(dá)強(qiáng)度較纖維腺瘤組低(P<0.01,P<0.025)。
結(jié)論p53過表達(dá)和nm23低表達(dá)對預(yù)測乳腺癌復(fù)發(fā)具有一定價值。
