目的 研究環(huán)氧合酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,Cox-2)及血管生成素-2 (angiopoietin-2,Ang-2)在大腸癌組織、癌旁組織及正常大腸組織中的表達及其與大腸癌臨床病理特征之間的關系。方法 采用免疫組化SP法檢測45例大腸癌組織、45例癌旁組織及15例正常大腸組織中Cox-2和Ang-2的表達情況。 結(jié)果 大腸癌組織中的Cox-2和 Ang-2的表達陽性率(80.0%,66.7%)均分別高于癌旁組織(35.6%,11.1%)及正常大腸組織(0,0),P均<0.01。在大腸癌組織中Cox-2和Ang-2蛋白表達與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及Dukes分期有關(P<0.05),且二者的表達具有相關性(P<0.01)。結(jié)論 Cox-2和Ang-2在大腸癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展中起重要作用,二者在表達上密切相關。
