目的探討多次熱療后殘存的肝癌HepG2細胞增殖速度變化及其相關(guān)的可能原因。
方法HepG2細胞43 ℃加熱,每次80 min,2次/d,10個循環(huán),分析細胞倍增時間,檢測細胞周期及bcl-2 mRNA及bax mRNA的表達。
結(jié)果熱處理后的HepG2細胞增殖加快,細胞周期中G2期和S期細胞的比率增高,bcl-2 mRNA的表達增強,bcl-2/bax比值增大。
結(jié)論熱處理后的HepG2細胞的增殖加快與其完成DNA復(fù)制而進入分裂的細胞比率高、抗凋亡基因bcl-2 mRNA的強表達及bcl-2/bax比值的增加有關(guān)。
