目的介紹內(nèi)源性血管生成抑制因子(內(nèi)皮抑素、血管抑素)在肝癌治療中的作用和意義。
方法復習相關(guān)文獻資料并作綜述性報道。
結(jié)果內(nèi)源性血管生成抑制因子通過抑制腫瘤血管的生長,有效地阻礙了肝癌的發(fā)展和轉(zhuǎn)移,可為臨床肝癌治療提供新的途徑。
結(jié)論應用內(nèi)源性血管生成抑制因子的研究,對肝癌的防治將有積極的意義。
