目的 探討載病毒生物降解微球作為肝癌基因靶向治療載體的可行性。
方法 用揮發(fā)溶媒聚合法制載重組病毒聚乳酸乙二醇〔poly(lactic/glycolic), PLG〕微球,觀測其包封率、釋放規(guī)律及釋放病毒的活性。
結(jié)果 PLG微球包封率為19.3%,載病毒微球在100 h內(nèi)釋放病毒量接近50%,總的釋放時間超過200 h,釋放出來的病毒保持活性。
結(jié)論 用PLG微球包載重組腺病毒,病毒釋放出來后具有很高的活性,其作為肝癌的基因治療載體具有較好的研究前景。
