【摘要】目的 報(bào)道四川大學(xué)華西醫(yī)院首例胰腎聯(lián)合移植。方法 2007年3月我院對(duì)1例2型糖尿病合并腎功能衰竭患者成功施行了胰腎聯(lián)合移植手術(shù)，將腎臟移植于左側(cè)髂窩，胰腺移植于右側(cè)髂窩，胰腺移植采用腸道-體循環(huán)回流術(shù)式。結(jié)果 術(shù)后第1 d C-肽升至正常水平，第4 d血肌酐恢復(fù)正常，第11 d血尿素氮恢復(fù)正常，血糖逐漸趨于穩(wěn)定，第16 d完全停用胰島素，術(shù)后3周OGTT結(jié)果顯示移植胰腺功能正常。隨訪6個(gè)月移植胰腺、腎臟功能正常，沒(méi)有發(fā)生手術(shù)相關(guān)并發(fā)癥。
結(jié)論 胰腎聯(lián)合移植是治療2型糖尿病合并腎功能衰竭的有效手段。
