目的  介紹肝移植治療神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌腫瘤肝轉(zhuǎn)移的進展。方法  收集國內(nèi)、外近年來有關(guān)肝移植治療神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌腫瘤肝轉(zhuǎn)移的文獻并進行分析和綜述。 結(jié)果  神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌腫瘤進展緩慢,對于不能切除的肝臟神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌轉(zhuǎn)移瘤,經(jīng)過嚴格的臨床和病理組織學評估后實行肝移植,癥狀能夠有效地緩解甚至可能治愈。結(jié)論  選擇合適的患者,肝移植治療神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌腫瘤肝轉(zhuǎn)移效果良好。
