目的 探討胰腺癌血管侵犯的CT分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法 在CNKI及PubMed上檢索并復(fù)習(xí)近10年來關(guān)于CT評價胰腺癌侵犯胰周血管的文獻,對CT評價胰腺癌血管侵犯程度的價值進行綜述。 結(jié)果 多層螺旋CT是判斷胰腺癌可切除性的最佳影像學(xué)方法。目前主要的胰周血管侵犯CT分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包括: 根據(jù)腫瘤和血管間關(guān)系的CT分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、根據(jù)腫瘤包繞血管程度的CT分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、根據(jù)管腔狹窄程度的CT分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及聯(lián)合受侵血管狹窄程度與腫瘤包繞血管程度的CT分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)論 胰腺癌血管侵犯的CT分級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還不統(tǒng)一,每個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都有缺陷。
