目的 探討腹腔熱灌注化療（hyperthermic intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy，HIPC）治療進展期結(jié)直腸癌的臨床療效和安全性。
方法 應(yīng)用Meta分析的方法對國內(nèi)、外已發(fā)表的8篇隨機對照研究的文獻進行定量綜合，以結(jié)直腸癌根治術(shù)后行HIPC治療的患者為治療組，以僅施行結(jié)直腸癌根治術(shù)的患者為對照組，比較2組患者5年生存率和3年生存率的結(jié)局變量的相對危險度（RR）及安全性。
結(jié)果 入選的8篇文獻共1 501例患者，其中治療組765例，對照組736例，5年生存率的RR為2.39（95% CI: 1.66～3.45）； 3年生存率的RR為2.13(95% CI: 1.45～3.13)，提示HIPC可提高結(jié)直腸癌患者5年和3年生存率，敏感性分析證實該結(jié)論較為可靠。入選的5篇文獻對HIPC的安全性進行了描述，結(jié)果表明HIPC的潛在安全問題較小。
結(jié)論 進展期結(jié)直腸癌根治術(shù)后行HIPC可以提高生存率，改善患者的預(yù)后； 是否會增加患者術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率目前缺乏相關(guān)性研究，尚無明確的結(jié)論。
