目的 總結(jié)頸動(dòng)脈體瘤的診斷和外科手術(shù)治療的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
方法 分析我院1991年9月至2009年2月期間手術(shù)治療的16例頸動(dòng)脈體瘤患者的臨床資料。
結(jié)果 術(shù)前均行彩色多普勒超聲檢查，9例行CT檢查，6例行數(shù)字減影血管造影檢查。3例首診時(shí)誤診為其他疾病。11例行單純瘤體切除； 5例采用大隱靜脈行頸動(dòng)脈重建。術(shù)后1例出現(xiàn)聲音嘶啞，1例出現(xiàn)伸舌右偏，1例出現(xiàn)呼吸困難。10例獲得7個(gè)月～15年（平均67個(gè)月）隨訪，未見(jiàn)復(fù)發(fā)和轉(zhuǎn)移。
結(jié)論 臨床醫(yī)師應(yīng)提高對(duì)頸動(dòng)脈體瘤的認(rèn)識(shí),注意選擇合適的檢查方法以免誤診，外科手術(shù)切除是首選的治療措施，大隱靜脈重建頸動(dòng)脈是一種較安全、有效的治療方法。
