目的 　探討功能性排便障礙人群心理評估中心理和情緒的變化。
方法 　采用SCL-90、SAS和SDS量表對72例功能性排便障礙患者進(jìn)行心理評估并分析結(jié)果。
結(jié)果 　便秘組SCL-90測試的總分以及軀體化、抑郁、焦慮及精神病性這4項因子的評分結(jié)果均高于對照組（P＜0.001），2組其余各因子的評分結(jié)果差異沒有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）。便秘組SAS和SDS測試的評分結(jié)果均高于對照組，表明便秘組焦慮和抑郁的評分均較對照組高（P＜0.001）。
結(jié)論 　功能性便秘患者不同程度伴隨有情緒和情感的異常，因此對該部分患者進(jìn)行藥物干預(yù)的同時給予其心理輔導(dǎo)是非常有必要的。
