目的 　探討兩孔腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)（LC）的安全性、可行性及優(yōu)勢(shì)。
方法 　回顧性分析2008年6月至2010年10月期間無錫市人民醫(yī)院開展的兩人兩孔LC（兩孔LC組，n=46）及同期完成的兩人三孔LC（三孔LC組，n=68）膽囊結(jié)石患者的臨床資料，比較2組的手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)中出血量、術(shù)后進(jìn)食時(shí)間、術(shù)后疼痛評(píng)分、術(shù)后住院時(shí)間及總住院費(fèi)用。
結(jié)果 　114例患者手術(shù)均獲成功，術(shù)中、術(shù)后無并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。兩孔LC組的手術(shù)時(shí)間明顯長(zhǎng)于三孔LC組（P＜0.05）；2組的術(shù)中出血量、術(shù)后進(jìn)食時(shí)間、術(shù)后疼痛評(píng)分及術(shù)后住院時(shí)間比較差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）；兩孔LC組的住院費(fèi)用明顯低于三孔LC組（P＜0.05）。
結(jié)論 　兩人兩孔LC在單純膽囊結(jié)石病例安全、可行，總住院費(fèi)用低于兩人三孔LC；在膽囊結(jié)石合并急性膽囊炎病例，因視野及操作均受限，應(yīng)謹(jǐn)慎開展。
