角膜新生血管(corneal neovascularization,CNV)多見于感染、炎癥、外傷或角膜手術(shù)后。血管化的角膜不但嚴(yán)重影響視力,也是角膜移植失敗的主要原因。近年來,由于免疫學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)和藥理學(xué)等學(xué)科的進(jìn)展,對(duì)CNV進(jìn)行了深入的研究,在血管的形成機(jī)制和治療方面取得了一些成果。本文就CNV的治療進(jìn)展作一綜述
