【摘要】 目的 探討益生菌治療在潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）患者中的臨床應(yīng)用效果。 方法 選取2007年8月-2009年12月47例活動(dòng)期UC患者，隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組，分別給予益生菌和5-氨基水楊酸治療，療程8周。監(jiān)測(cè)治療期間患者的臨床癥狀和血清C反應(yīng)蛋白（Creactive protein，CRP）水平。 結(jié)果 治療結(jié)束后兩組患者臨床癥狀均有緩解，CRP水平均明顯下降，兩組間無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P gt;0.05）。 結(jié)論 益生菌治療UC可有效改善患者臨床癥狀和炎癥反應(yīng)。
