【摘要】　 肛瘺及肛周膿腫是肛腸外科較常見疾病，其手術(shù)治療對(duì)醫(yī)生迄今仍是一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)，因?yàn)獒t(yī)生既希望手術(shù)根治疾病，防止復(fù)發(fā)，又要避免手術(shù)損傷引起大便失禁，因此術(shù)前準(zhǔn)確定位至關(guān)重要?，F(xiàn)代超聲技術(shù)能準(zhǔn)確定位肛瘺的內(nèi)口、主管、支管、膿腔，能較為準(zhǔn)確地顯示瘺管與周圍組織的關(guān)系，為醫(yī)生制定個(gè)體化的手術(shù)方案提供幫助?，F(xiàn)根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)表的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述超聲檢查對(duì)肛瘺及肛周膿腫的診斷，以期對(duì)臨床工作起到一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
