【摘要】 抑郁癥是臨床常見(jiàn)精神疾病之一,疾病負(fù)擔(dān)重,而有相當(dāng)部分患者對(duì)抗抑郁藥物治療無(wú)效或效果較差。目前研究發(fā)現(xiàn),抑郁癥患者對(duì)藥物治療表現(xiàn)出遺傳異質(zhì)性,一些基因位點(diǎn),如五羥色胺轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白基因、五羥色胺2A受體、色氨酸羥化酶基因等,可能與抗抑郁藥物療效相關(guān)。本文總結(jié)了抗抑郁藥物療效相關(guān)基因多態(tài)性的研究現(xiàn)狀及進(jìn)展,對(duì)這些基因的深入闡釋有助于在將來(lái)研發(fā)更為有效的藥物,為抑郁癥患者提供遺傳背景個(gè)體化的治療。
