目的 　探討全胸腔鏡下Box Lesion雙極射頻消融術治療單純性房顫的圍手術期護理方法與要點。方法　 對2011年5月－2011年9月擬行全胸腔鏡下Box Lesion雙極射頻消融（雙側(cè)肺靜脈+左心房后壁隔離）治療的6例心房纖顫患者，術前做好心理疏通及各項手術準備；術后采取各項對癥措施加強呼吸道、心律、引流、疼痛等監(jiān)測與護理。 結(jié)果 　6例患者均在術后即刻轉(zhuǎn)復為竇性心律，無死亡，無并發(fā)癥發(fā)生，術后7 d均順利出院。出院后4周復查均為竇性心律。 結(jié)論　 全胸腔鏡下行Box-lesion雙極射頻房顫術是治療單純性房顫的有效手段，嚴密的觀察及精心護理是手術順利施行和疾患治愈的重要因素。
