目的 探討Prolift系統(tǒng)全盆底重建術(shù)在治療盆腔臟器脫垂疾病中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值及療效。 方法 回顧性分析四川大學(xué)華西第二醫(yī)院婦科2010年1月-2011年5月收治的119例盆腔臟器脫垂患者的臨床資料,其中47例應(yīng)用Prolift系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行全盆底重建術(shù)(A組),51例應(yīng)用曼氏手術(shù)治療(B組),21例應(yīng)用經(jīng)陰道全子宮切除術(shù)+陰道前后壁修補(bǔ)術(shù)治療(C組)。分析比較各組的臨床近期療效。術(shù)后隨訪1年。 結(jié)果 A、B、C組在手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)中出血量、術(shù)后安置尿管天數(shù)、術(shù)后住院天數(shù)間差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。A組1例、B組11例、C組4例復(fù)發(fā),A組與B、C組復(fù)發(fā)率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。 結(jié)論 Prolift系統(tǒng)全盆底重建術(shù)安全性高,不增加臟器損傷的幾率,且明顯降低了患者的術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率,近期療效肯定,是治療盆腔臟器脫垂的一種理想術(shù)式。
