對嚴重急性呼吸綜合征(severe acute respiratory syndrome,SARS)這種新型疾病的治療,只有從過去同類疾病和癥狀治療的最佳證據(jù)和個人經(jīng)驗中整合個體化治療方案,并根據(jù)基礎醫(yī)學的研究進展及時調(diào)整方案.對臨床科研項目進行了預測并論述了隨機臨床對照試驗對提供科學證據(jù)的必要性,強調(diào)個案報告或系列病例總結(jié)的重要性,對臨床試驗應作好論證和資源整合.
