目的 　調(diào)查國內(nèi)外?？漆t(yī)師培養(yǎng)的歷史、現(xiàn)狀、問題和對策,為建立國際接軌、符合中國國情的?？漆t(yī)師分類設(shè)置提供決策依據(jù)和建議.
方法 　應(yīng)用廣義循證醫(yī)學(xué)的原理和方法,系統(tǒng)檢索2003年12月31日以前來自PubMed、中文生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫、各國衛(wèi)生主管部門官方網(wǎng)站、常用搜索引擎、多種雜志和醫(yī)學(xué)著作的文獻(xiàn),制定統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn),篩選并評定文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量,綜合分析后得出結(jié)論.
結(jié)果 　初篩得到外文文獻(xiàn)1298篇,中文文獻(xiàn)21篇,其中和分類相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)僅6篇.綜合美國、加拿大、英國、新加坡、澳大利亞及我國(包括香港和臺灣)的官方網(wǎng)站信息發(fā)現(xiàn),我國?？圃O(shè)置數(shù)量最多,美國次之.我國?？品诸惪倲?shù)＞學(xué)科分類總數(shù)＞住院醫(yī)師培養(yǎng)分類總數(shù).某些?？浦貜?fù)設(shè)置現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,某些特色?？撇槐闩c國際接軌.
建議 　我國專科分類應(yīng)綜合考慮國際趨勢、人才培養(yǎng)和學(xué)科發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),同時(shí)兼顧我國目前的分類現(xiàn)狀,分階段平穩(wěn)過渡.首先試點(diǎn)住院醫(yī)師培養(yǎng)較規(guī)范、成熟,?？漆t(yī)師需求明確、培養(yǎng)條件好的專業(yè)/?？?積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)后再逐漸推廣和完善.
