肝硬化是多種肝臟疾病晚期的臨床病理過程,發(fā)病率高,嚴重影響患者的生活質(zhì)量.針對近期收治的1例肝硬化患者,我們進行了循證醫(yī)學(xué)證據(jù)檢索和循證治療.結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),對肝硬化患者的治療主要在于并發(fā)癥的處理,如對靜脈曲張出血的預(yù)防及治療,腹水的處理等.
