目的 　調(diào)查蘭州大學醫(yī)學學科建設現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題，探討發(fā)展對策，為醫(yī)學學科在多學科協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的綜合性、研究型、國際知名大學的建設中快速發(fā)展提供決策參考。
方法 ?、?統(tǒng)計表調(diào)查：設計3種調(diào)查表，8個二級單位參與，共24份，每份57個項目；② 問卷調(diào)查：2005年8～9月，200份問卷下發(fā)給醫(yī)學學科不同層次的科研、教學、臨床及管理人員；③ 檢索SCI、中國科學引文數(shù)據(jù)庫、中國科技論文引文數(shù)據(jù)庫、中國生物醫(yī)學文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫和中文科技期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫中2001～2004年間署名蘭州醫(yī)學院及蘭州大學的文獻，以及有關大學評價、科研競爭力評價、科研產(chǎn)出的研究信息；④ 其它調(diào)查形式：結(jié)合座談會、實地考察、專家咨詢進行綜合分析，論證研究。
結(jié)果 　調(diào)查統(tǒng)計表回收率100%；問卷調(diào)查回收率91%。建成6個二次文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫。完成對醫(yī)學學科的學科設置、師資隊伍、人才培養(yǎng)、科研項目、研究經(jīng)費、科研產(chǎn)出以及社會對醫(yī)學學科的整體評價的基線調(diào)查，綜合分析了制約醫(yī)學學科發(fā)展的因素，初步探討了發(fā)展對策。
結(jié)論 　合并為蘭州大學醫(yī)學學科的發(fā)展帶來了千載難逢的機遇，綜合性大學的優(yōu)勢資源為醫(yī)學的發(fā)展搭建了理想的平臺。只要抓住機遇，勇敢地迎接挑戰(zhàn)，思想認識和制度措施到位，以強烈的責任感、使命感和緊迫感，艱苦奮斗、自強不息、爭創(chuàng)一流，醫(yī)學學科將會獲得快速的發(fā)展。
