目的總結(jié)S-ROM(Sivash-range of motion femoral modular stem)假體設(shè)計及生物力學(xué)特點,以及在髖關(guān)節(jié)發(fā)育不良(developmental dysplasia of hip,DDH)的關(guān)節(jié)置換及髖關(guān)節(jié)翻修術(shù)中的應(yīng)用進展。 方法廣泛查閱近年S-ROM假體的相關(guān)文獻,并進行綜合分析。 結(jié)果S-ROM假體利用其組配性可以在股骨近端與遠端同時達到緊密壓配,適用于存在股骨解剖差異以及需行股骨截骨矯形的DDH人工全髖關(guān)節(jié)置換,以及伴骨缺損的髖關(guān)節(jié)翻修。 結(jié)論S-ROM假體組配結(jié)合部增大了假體折斷及產(chǎn)生金屬磨屑的可能,其遠期療效需進一步隨訪明確。
