目的　探討封閉負(fù)壓引流技術(shù)對(duì)心臟手術(shù)后胸骨正中切口感染的治療效果?！》椒ā』仡櫺苑治?008年1月至2012年1月廣州軍區(qū)總醫(yī)院70例心臟?。òㄐ陌昴げ?、冠心病、先天性心臟病等）行心臟手術(shù)后發(fā)生胸骨正中切口感染患者的臨床資料，術(shù)后按對(duì)感染切口的處理方法不同， 將70例切口感染（切口長(zhǎng)度＞5 cm）患者用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為兩組，封閉負(fù)壓引流組：35例，使用封閉負(fù)壓引流（vacuum sealing drainage）技術(shù)治療胸骨正中切口感染；對(duì)照組：35例，采用常規(guī)治療方法處理感染切口。比較兩組的治療效果、切口感染持續(xù)時(shí)間、抗生素使用時(shí)間和治療費(fèi)用等?！〗Y(jié)果　兩組無(wú)死亡。封閉負(fù)壓引流組大多數(shù)患者經(jīng)封閉負(fù)壓引流技術(shù)治療后，感染切口滲出物明顯減少，肉芽填充良好；治愈率明顯高于對(duì)照組（94.3% vs. 60.0%，P ＜0.05）。 封閉負(fù)壓引流組患者切口感染持續(xù)時(shí)間［（12.9±3.4） d vs. （14.8±4.1） d；t=-2.094，P=0.040）］，抗生素使用時(shí)間［（7.0±1.5） d vs. （8.3±1.9） d；t=-2.920，P=0.005）］均短于對(duì)照組，治療費(fèi)用與對(duì)照組比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）。封閉負(fù)壓引流組術(shù)后隨訪15例（42.9%），隨訪時(shí)間3個(gè)月，傷口愈合良好；失訪20例?！〗Y(jié)論　采用封閉負(fù)壓引流技術(shù)治療胸骨正中切口感染，效果好、治療時(shí)間短、治療費(fèi)用與常規(guī)治療方法接近。
