繼發(fā)于左心系統(tǒng)瓣膜病變的三尖瓣關閉不全，多為三尖瓣瓣環(huán)擴大導致的功能性三尖瓣關閉不全，也有少數(shù)患者同時合并三尖瓣風濕性等器質性改變。對三尖瓣反流的處理，目前主張如果能通過瓣膜成形方法恢復三尖瓣瓣膜功能，應盡量行三尖瓣成形手術。三尖瓣成形方法主要包括線性成形和人工瓣環(huán)成形技術 ,但目前各種手術成形方法的適應證選擇和臨床應用尚無統(tǒng)一的標準，多年來一直是困擾心臟外科醫(yī)師的難題和研究熱點，是否需要同期行三尖瓣成形術，采用什么成形方法才能達到最佳的三尖瓣成形效果。因此，對繼發(fā)性三尖瓣關閉不全患者三尖瓣病變程度的判定、矯治標準及手術方法等進行綜述。
