目的 探討肺癌患者血清生長(zhǎng)激素釋放肽和瘦素水平的變化及意義。方法 應(yīng)用放射免疫分析法和酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法( ELISA) 測(cè)定46 例肺癌患者血清中生長(zhǎng)激素釋放肽和瘦素水平的變化, 并與30 例正常健康人作比較。結(jié)果 肺癌患者血清生長(zhǎng)激素釋放肽和瘦素水平均高于正常人( P lt;0. 01) , 且兩者呈正相關(guān)性。結(jié)論 檢測(cè)肺癌患者血清生長(zhǎng)激素釋放肽和瘦素水平的變化對(duì)疾病的監(jiān)測(cè)具有重要的臨床價(jià)值。
