感染性疾病的發(fā)病率高, 給社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)沉重負(fù)擔(dān), 感染性疾病的早期診斷和治療對(duì)提高臨床療效和降低死亡率有重要意義。髓樣細(xì)胞觸發(fā)性受體1 ( triggering receptor-1
expressed on myeloid cells, TREM-1) 在炎癥反應(yīng)的發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程中起著重要的作用。Bouchon 等[ 1] 在2000 年首先發(fā)現(xiàn)TREM-1 選擇性表達(dá)于中性粒細(xì)胞、CD14 + 單核細(xì)胞膜表面。后來(lái)的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)TREM-1 也表達(dá)于上皮細(xì)胞、多核巨細(xì)胞、腹膜巨噬細(xì)胞、淋巴結(jié)巨噬細(xì)胞、肺泡巨噬細(xì)胞, 纖維肉瘤細(xì)胞膜表面[ 2-5] 。人的TREM-1 由胞外區(qū)、跨膜區(qū)、胞漿區(qū)共同組成, 跨膜區(qū)含有1 個(gè)帶正電荷的賴氨酸殘基, 它可與接頭蛋白DAP12 跨膜區(qū)內(nèi)的帶負(fù)電荷的天冬氨酸相偶聯(lián), 并通過(guò)胞漿區(qū)中的免疫受體酪氨酸活化基序( ITAM) 來(lái)激活下游信號(hào)傳導(dǎo), 促進(jìn)促炎因子的分泌[ 6] 。TREM-1 激發(fā)、放大炎癥反應(yīng)的同時(shí)促進(jìn)抗炎因子的下調(diào)[ 1, 2, 7] 。‥‥‥
