目的 總結(jié)汶川地震中應(yīng)用內(nèi)毒素吸附治療膿毒癥患者的效果。方法 對2例地震膿毒癥患者應(yīng)用多粘菌素B結(jié)合纖維(PMX)進行內(nèi)毒素吸附。結(jié)果 2例患者經(jīng)內(nèi)毒素吸附療法
治療后病情好轉(zhuǎn),生命體征穩(wěn)定。結(jié)論 PMX吸附內(nèi)毒素對膿毒癥患者是一項很有前景的治療措施。
