為探討CD28單克隆抗體在移植免疫中的作用，以混合淋巴細胞培養(yǎng)和大鼠同種異體甲狀旁腺移植為模型，觀察mAbCD28在體外和體內(nèi)實驗中的作用。結(jié)果：mAbCD28在體外可以抑制淋巴細胞的增殖，在體內(nèi)可以延長甲狀旁腺移植物的存活時間。本實驗結(jié)果提示：mAbCD28可以阻斷CD28-B7之間共刺激信號的傳遞，并在同種異體大鼠甲狀旁腺移植中起到免疫抑制作用。
