觀測正常乳腺、乳腺囊性增生病和乳腺癌細胞核DNA含量、細胞超微結(jié)構(gòu)、Y抗原及免疫抑制性酸性蛋白(IAP-2)表達。結(jié)果:上皮增生Ⅰ級細胞與正常乳腺細胞相似;不典型增生細胞DNA含量增加,細胞膜和細胞核超微結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)發(fā)育不良及去分化現(xiàn)象,部分不典型增生細胞見異常抗原表達;部分Ⅲ級不典型增生細胞DNA含量和超微結(jié)構(gòu)與乳腺癌組織分化Ⅰ級細胞相似。提示在不典型增生階段,這些細胞的生物學(xué)異常和程度與其細胞分化程度、發(fā)展趨勢和癌變危險性大小密切相關(guān)。
