為探討不同麻醉下膽囊切除術對術后胃腸動力的影響,采用胃腸測壓法記錄胃腸移行性動力復合波(MMC),對20例單純膽囊切除術患者(全麻和硬膜外麻醉各10例)術后早期的胃腸動力變化進行了觀察。結(jié)果:兩組病例術后早期MMC活動均消失,術后胃腸動力的恢復遠較傳統(tǒng)認為的快。術后0.5~2小時小腸MMC重新出現(xiàn),胃MMC在術后5.5~14小時恢復,術后22~43小時MMC完全恢復正常。進食能使術后早期MMC轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橄诨顒有问?。比較兩組患者術后胃腸動力恢復的各項指標發(fā)現(xiàn),在全麻或硬膜外麻醉下進行手術,其術后胃腸動力的恢復過程無明顯差異。
