目的 觀察血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)及β3整合素在肉芽組織血管生成中表達的動態(tài)變化。方法 RT-PCR法及免疫組織化學(xué)法觀察人正常皮下組織、增殖期肉芽組織(傷后7~12天)和成熟期肉芽組織(傷后30~35天)VEGF及β3整合素mRNA及蛋白的表達。 結(jié)果 VEGF及β3整合素在正常皮下組織表達很低,在增殖期肉芽組織中表達明顯升高,而肉芽組織成熟后其表達又降低。結(jié)論 VEGF及β3整合素是血管生成過程中重要的調(diào)節(jié)因子。
