目的 了解幾種常見(jiàn)甲狀腺病變組織中端粒酶活性的區(qū)別。方法 用端粒重復(fù)序列擴(kuò)增法測(cè)定19例甲狀腺癌、15例甲狀腺癌癌旁組織、21例甲狀腺腺瘤、17例結(jié)節(jié)性甲狀腺腫及13例正常甲狀腺組織端粒酶的活性。 結(jié)果 94.74%(18/19)的甲狀腺癌表達(dá)出端粒酶活性,與癌旁組織(6.67%)、甲狀腺腺瘤(4.67%)、結(jié)節(jié)性甲狀腺腫(0%)及正常甲狀腺組織(0%)比較,差異均有顯著性意義(P<0.0001)。結(jié)論 端粒酶是甲狀腺癌定性的良好標(biāo)志物,且在甲狀腺病變的鑒別診斷中具有重要意義。
