目的  探討cyclin D1、cyclin E和p27蛋白在胃癌中的表達(dá)及其意義。
方法 用免疫組化法檢測60例胃癌組織中cyclin D1、cyclin E和p27蛋白的表達(dá)。
結(jié)果  胃癌組織中cyclin D1、cyclin E和p27蛋白表達(dá)陽性率分別為41.7%（25/60）、38.3%（23/60）和36.7%（22/60）； cyclin D1在胃癌中的表達(dá)與腫瘤Lauren分型相關(guān)，cyclin E在胃癌中的表達(dá)與腫瘤分化程度、浸潤深度及腫瘤分期相關(guān)，而p27蛋白的表達(dá)與腫瘤浸潤深度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和腫瘤分期相關(guān)。另外，cyclin E和p27蛋白在胃癌中的表達(dá)呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。
結(jié)論  檢測胃癌組織中cyclin D1、cyclin E和p27蛋白的表達(dá)有助于判斷腫瘤的進(jìn)展程度。
