目的探討雌激素受體β(ERβ)在乳腺癌方面的研究進(jìn)展。方法采用文獻(xiàn)回顧方法,對(duì)ERβ的生物學(xué)功能、變異,及其乳腺癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展、預(yù)后評(píng)估及內(nèi)分泌治療反應(yīng)方面的可能作用加以綜述。結(jié)果ERβ是類固醇激素受體超家族的新成員,可能在乳腺癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展、預(yù)后評(píng)估及內(nèi)分泌治療反應(yīng)方面具有重要作用。結(jié)論ERβ是一種新的乳腺癌預(yù)后評(píng)估指標(biāo)。
