目的 探討新城疫病毒(newcastle disease virus,NDV)對腫瘤浸潤淋巴細胞(tumor infiltrating lymphocyte,TIL)的作用。方法將6例原發(fā)性肝癌癌塊進行處理,分離出TIL,每例等分成3份,分別加入HA效價為1∶160 NDV液20 μl(NDV組)、終濃度為1000 u/ml的rIL2(rIL2組)和0.9%的生理鹽水20 μl(對照組),置37℃、5% CO2恒溫箱中培養(yǎng)。以流式細胞儀計數(shù)CD3、CD4和CD8細胞; 用ELISA法檢測NDV組和對照組上清液IL2、IFNγ和TNFβ含量。結果配對資料顯示,NDV組CD3、CD4明顯高于對照組(P<0.01)和rIL2組(P<0.01,P<0.05),3組CD8無明顯差異; NDV組IL2、IFNγ和TNFβ明顯高于對照組(分別為P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05)。結論NDV對TIL有直接激活作用。
