目的探討c-met及p53表達在乳腺癌血管生成中的作用及其臨床意義。方法應用SP免疫組化方法和計算機圖像分析技術,對80例乳腺癌、20例乳腺纖維腺瘤的微血管計數(shù)(MVC)和c-met及p53蛋白的表達進行定量測定。結果乳腺癌組織中MVC和cmet及p53的陽性表達與乳腺癌的組織學分級、腋窩淋巴結轉移及腫瘤分期有關 (P<0.01)。MVC在c-met及p53表達陽性者明顯高于c-met及p53表達陰性者,兩者間差異有顯著性意義 (P<0.01)。結論cmet及p53共同參與調控乳腺癌的腫瘤血管生成。
