目的評(píng)價(jià)整合素在腫瘤血管生成中的作用。方法復(fù)習(xí)國(guó)內(nèi)、外文獻(xiàn),并作綜述報(bào)道。結(jié)果整合素在腫瘤血管生成中起重要作用,且與血管生長(zhǎng)因子VEGF、bFGF、TGFβ等有密切關(guān)系。結(jié)論整合素抑制劑將是一個(gè)有效的抗腫瘤方法。
