目的探討抗腫瘤新生血管形成治療實體腫瘤的可行性。方法對近5年的國內(nèi)、外有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述。結(jié)果實體腫瘤的生長、發(fā)展、轉(zhuǎn)移及預(yù)后好壞均與腫瘤新生血管形成密切相關(guān)。體外及動物實驗表明,抑制、阻斷腫瘤新生血管形成后可以抑制腫瘤的生長及轉(zhuǎn)移。結(jié)論抗腫瘤新生血管形成將成為治療實體腫瘤的一個有希望的新策略。
