目的 探討腫瘤新生血管形成在大腸癌進展中的作用。
方法 采用鼠抗人第八因子相關(guān)抗原單克隆抗體的免疫組織化學(xué)ABC法,對102例大腸癌手術(shù)切除標(biāo)本中微血管進行定量檢測。計數(shù)200倍視野下3個最高血管密度區(qū)的微血管數(shù)(MVC),取其均數(shù),分析MVC與大腸癌臨床病理因素及預(yù)后之間的關(guān)系。
結(jié)果 MVC與大腸癌Dukes分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及肝轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P<0.01); 高MVC組(MVC≥14個)大腸癌術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率(60.4%)顯著高于低MVC組(MVC<14個)的復(fù)發(fā)率(26.5%),P<0.01,高MVC患者預(yù)后比低MVC患者差(P<0.01)。
結(jié)論 大腸癌組織內(nèi)的MVC是預(yù)測腫瘤惡性生物學(xué)行為的一個有用指標(biāo),可用于識別有高危復(fù)發(fā)和不良預(yù)后的病例。
