目的 探討同種異體原位肝移植治療晚期肝泡狀棘球蚴病的適應證、手術操作及圍手術期處理要點。方法對2001年以來我院實施的5例同種異體原位肝移植治療的無法切除的晚期肝泡狀棘球蚴（AHD）病例進行回顧性分析。 結果5例術后移植肝功能恢復良好，無AHD復發(fā)。1例于術后1年死于肺部感染。結論同種異體原位肝移植是目前治愈晚期AHD的唯一方法。采用有效的手術技術解決術中病肝切除困難，術前、術后規(guī)范使用抗AHD藥物，術后合理控制免疫抑制藥物劑量是治療成功的關鍵。
