目的探討生長激素應用于全身炎癥反應綜合征時二胺氧化酶（DAO）和內毒素（ET）水平的變化及其與腸粘膜屏障損傷的關系。方法將146例嚴重感染性疾病合并全身炎癥反應綜合征患者分為非手術組和手術組兩組，再分別將此兩組隨機分為治療組及對照組，于治療前及治療后 1周監(jiān)測血漿DAO和ET水平。結果治療組血漿DAO及ET水平在治療后較治療前下降，且差異有顯著性意義（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。結論生長激素對嚴重感染性疾病合并全身炎癥反應綜合征患者的腸粘膜屏障具有一定的保護作用。
