目的探討促凋亡基因bad在原發(fā)性肝內(nèi)膽管細(xì)胞癌(ICC)中的表達(dá)及其與腫瘤分化程度的關(guān)系。方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)Dako Envision方法,對(duì)48例原發(fā)性肝內(nèi)膽管細(xì)胞癌(ICC組)和25例肝細(xì)胞肝癌的癌旁肝組織匯管區(qū)膽管上皮組織(對(duì)照組)中bad基因的表達(dá)情況進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果bad基因在ICC中的表達(dá)陽性率明顯高于對(duì)照組(P<0.01); 在中、低分化的ICC中bad基因的陽性表達(dá)水平明顯高于高分化的ICC(P lt;0.05)。結(jié)論在低分化的膽管細(xì)胞癌中bad基因的表達(dá)明顯增強(qiáng),bad基因的表達(dá)與腫瘤的分化程度相關(guān)。
