目的 探討急性胰腺炎及其并發(fā)癥的CT表現和急性胰腺炎嚴重程度的評價方法。
方法 回顧CT診斷急性胰腺炎及其并發(fā)癥、評價急性胰腺炎嚴重程度的文獻。
結果 CT增強掃描早期判斷胰腺壞死的檢測率為90%，而對發(fā)病4 d后評價胰腺壞死的敏感性幾乎為100%，急性胰腺炎CT嚴重度指數與胰腺局部并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生和急性胰腺炎死亡率有極好的相關性。
結論 CT增強掃描能顯示胰腺壞死、評價炎性過程的范圍和發(fā)現局部并發(fā)癥，是綜合評價急性胰腺炎的首選影像學方法。
