目的探討阻塞性黃疸患者并發(fā)腎功能損害時(shí)血清一氧化氮(NO)的變化及其臨床意義。方法對25例阻塞性黃疸并發(fā)腎功能損害患者的血清NO、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)活性、BUN和Cr值進(jìn)行檢測,并以26例健康者作為正常對照。結(jié)果阻塞性黃疸組BUN和Cr高于正常對照組(P<0.01),而NO和NOS則低于正常對照組(P<0.01)。相關(guān)分析顯示,NO與BUN和Cr呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,其相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為-0.419和-0.553(P<0.01)。結(jié)論阻塞性黃疸并發(fā)腎功能損害時(shí)其血清NO和NOS下降,提示NO在阻塞性黃疸時(shí)對腎功能有一定保護(hù)作用。
