目的探討胃起搏在術(shù)后胃輕癱治療中的可行性及療效。方法在術(shù)后急性胃輕癱動(dòng)物模型的基礎(chǔ)上分別應(yīng)用胃起搏和靜脈注射紅霉素(1 mg/kg),觀察胃動(dòng)力學(xué)指標(biāo)的改變。結(jié)果胃起搏組和紅霉素組胃竇壓及胃竇十二指腸壓力差均顯著高于對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)壓(P<0.01); 胃起搏組胃竇壓及胃竇十二指腸壓力差又高于紅霉素組(P<0.05),但兩組十二指腸內(nèi)壓差異無(wú)顯著性意義(P gt;0.05)。胃起搏2 h的胃排空率為(66.37±7.21)% ,高于靜脈注射紅霉素2 h的胃排空率〔(49.92±9.27)%,P<0.01〕。結(jié)論高頻胃起搏能明顯改善胃動(dòng)力學(xué)指標(biāo),可用于術(shù)后胃輕癱的治療,且療效優(yōu)于紅霉素。
