目的探討半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)的表達(dá)及其與血管瘤消退的關(guān)系。方法采用免疫組化SP法檢測Caspase-3在79例血管瘤和5例正常皮膚組織中的表達(dá)。結(jié)果79例血管瘤患者血管組織的Caspase-3陽性表達(dá)率在增殖期、消退期、退化期分別為52.4%、91.2%和83.3%,退化期、消退期的陽性表達(dá)高于增殖期(P<0.05,P<0.01),也明顯高于正常對照組(P<0.01),而增殖期與正常對照組陽性表達(dá)的差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P gt;0.05)。結(jié)論 Caspase3參與了血管瘤由增殖期轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橄似诘牟±戆l(fā)生過程,Caspase-3的活化誘導(dǎo)了細(xì)胞凋亡的發(fā)生,這可能是血管瘤自發(fā)消退的主要因素之一。
