目的介紹多排螺旋CT三維血管成像技術(shù)及其在評(píng)價(jià)肝硬變門體分流側(cè)支循環(huán)方面的臨床應(yīng)用。 方法回顧性總結(jié)采用多排螺旋CT增強(qiáng)掃描,并通過(guò)最大密度投影、表面遮蓋顯示、容積再現(xiàn)等二維、三維重建技術(shù)來(lái)顯示肝硬變門脈高壓側(cè)支循環(huán)血管的文獻(xiàn)。 結(jié)果肝硬變門體分流側(cè)支血管的分布、走行及解剖毗鄰關(guān)系在多排螺旋CT門靜脈血管成像圖像上都能得到良好、直觀的顯示。 結(jié)論多排螺旋CT三維血管成像技術(shù)有利于血管走行的連續(xù)追蹤和毗鄰關(guān)系的清晰顯示,有助于肝硬變門脈高壓側(cè)支循環(huán)的診斷。
