目的 綜合評(píng)述CT灌注成像(CT perfusion imaging)的原理、技術(shù)要求及其在腹部影像診斷中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
方法 總結(jié)CT灌注成像的原理和技術(shù)要求,評(píng)價(jià)其在腹部疾?。ㄖ饕歉闻K、胰腺)應(yīng)用中所提供的組織器官微循環(huán)狀況、血流動(dòng)力學(xué)變化及其它參數(shù)。
結(jié)果 CT灌注成像評(píng)價(jià)肝臟、胰腺病變,尤其是腫瘤性病變,除了能顯示解剖形態(tài)學(xué)改變,還能了解血供情況、血流動(dòng)力學(xué)狀態(tài)等反映功能、代謝變化的信息,對(duì)腹部腫瘤性疾病的診斷有重要意義。
結(jié)論 CT灌注成像將在腹部疾病的影像診斷與鑒別診斷、腫瘤生物學(xué)行為和嚴(yán)重度評(píng)價(jià)、療效評(píng)估等方面發(fā)揮重要作用,具有較良好的臨床應(yīng)用前景。
