目的  探討cyclin E 和p27kip1蛋白在膽囊癌組織中的表達(dá)及其意義。
方法  采用免疫組化SP法檢測(cè)41例膽囊癌和15例慢性膽囊炎組織中cyclin E及p27kip1蛋白的表達(dá)，并分析兩者的表達(dá)與膽囊癌臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。
結(jié)果  cyclin E在膽囊癌組織中的表達(dá)陽性率為61.0%（25/41），顯著高于慢性膽囊炎的20.0%（3/15），P＜0.05； 膽囊癌組織中p27kip1蛋白的表達(dá)陽性率為53.7%,低于慢性膽囊炎的100%（P＜0.05）。cyclin E的表達(dá)與膽囊癌TNM分期呈正相關(guān)（r=0.314,P＜0.05），p27kip1蛋白的表達(dá)則隨膽囊癌TNM分期進(jìn)展、組織學(xué)分化程度的降低而逐漸下降（P＜0.05），cyclin E與p27kip1蛋白表達(dá)之間呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.342,P＜0.05)。
結(jié)論  cyclin E蛋白高表達(dá)和p27kip1蛋白表達(dá)下降導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞周期的調(diào)控異常，可能參與了膽囊癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程。
